After applying the cleaning solution, we let it dwell on the grout and tile for 5 to 10 minutes. This crucial step allows the formula to fully penetrate the grout’s pores and tile crevices, breaking down deep layers of dirt, grime, oils, and stubborn residues that have built up over time.
To loosen embedded debris, we use a powerful, commercial-grade rotary machine. Its rotating brush delivers consistent, controlled agitation that scrubs every inch of your grout and tile, dislodging dirt that traditional mops or scrubbers simply can’t reach.
Our truck-mounted SX-15 system blasts away loosened dirt using 1,500 PSI of hot water at 225°F. As it cleans, it simultaneously vacuums up all debris and dirty water, flushing it away to our service truck for a clean, mess-free finish.
