We begin the cleaning process by carefully applying our powerful, industry-grade tile and grout cleaner to all tiled surfaces and grout lines. This high-performance solution is specifically formulated to penetrate deep into the porous grout and tile surfaces, effectively breaking down and loosening layers of dirt,
After applying the cleaning solution, we allow it to sit and dwell on the tile and grout surfaces for a period of approximately 5 to 10 minutes. This dwell time is a crucial part of the process, as it gives the specially formulated solution ample time to penetrate into the pores of the grout and microscopic crevices of the tile. During this phase, the active ingredients work to break down and dissolve layers of deeply embedded dirt, grime, oils, and other tough residues that have built up over time.
To achieve a deep and effective clean, we utilize a high-powered commercial-grade rotary machine specifically designed for tile and grout cleaning. This advanced equipment features a rotating brush head that delivers consistent, controlled agitation across the surface. As the machine moves over the tile and grout lines, it scrubs with precision and force, working in tandem with our cleaning solution to dislodge stubborn, deep-set dirt, grime, and embedded debris that standard cleaning methods often leave behind.
We use our powerful, truck-mounted SX-15 extraction system to deliver high-pressure water at 1500 PSI and 225°F, blasting away embedded dirt and grime from your tile and grout. This combination of heat and pressure provides a deep, sanitizing clean. As it cleans, the SX-15 simultaneously vacuums up the dirty water and debris, flushing everything back to the truck. The result is beautifully restored tile and grout that look fresh, clean, and like new.
