Once we figure out our game plan we will start the cleaning, we first spray the tile and grout with either our alkaline or acid based cleaner. After letting is sit and dwell for 5-10 minutes we scrub both the tile and grout to make sure we break up all dirt and debris. We then will power wash your tile and grout with our SX-15 which cleans at 1500 PSI and 220 Degrees, this is the absolute best way to get any tile and grout surface the cleanest it will ever get.

Our Color Sealing process is the BEST on the market, we use a water based sealer with a color pigmitaion color seal which means, our color seal actually absorbs into the grout and will not just sit on the surface like others. When we color seal we will do a acid wash cleaning first to make sure the grout joints are etched and ready to receive the color seal properly, after that we apply the color seal with a brush to the grout, wipe the excess and then buff the whole floor to remove any haze.

We then Color Sealed the Grout joints to ensure the tile flooring has a uniform look throughout, also protecting the grout from any staining or discoloration for 7 - 10 years. Our final step is to buff the tile flooring to remove any left over haze

This job was originally white grout and was very dirty, we cleaned the tile and grout with an acid based cleaner to clean and reveal new grout, this process ensures we get your grout and tile as close to its original color as possible. On this Travertine tile job we had a floor that had not been cleaned for 7 years and was in pretty bad shape, we came in and deep cleaned the travertine and grout, followed by a 4 part honing to prep the surface for the Polishing. After the honing we Polished the floor with Polishing compound to increase the density and bring the shine back. The final step is the sealer, we saturate the surface with a hybrid solvent, allowing it to dwell and then buffed it off. The results were amazing and the customer loved it.

This Marble bathroom is custom slabs, a very unique floor that required a proper approach. we started with our marble cleaning using a safe cleaner that wouldn't damage the stone. We then honed the floor using resin discs, we started with 100 grit and went up with 200, 400, 800. After we polished the marble with a specialty polishing paste to deepen the shine and give it a glass look, we finished off by sealing the marble with our hybrid solvent sealer.

Customer wanted a color change from her brown to a color that matched her tile and that is exactly what we did. We cleaned the tile and grout and color sealed the grout to a linen color. This is a Marble Countertop and it had heavy etching and damage throughout. We cleaned the marble countertop with a paste that is designed to draw out everything in the stone, we then honed it using our resin discs. Since the etch marks were heavy we had to start with 100 and went through to 1800, we did a light polish using a polishing compound, followed by a great countertop sealer specified for countertops
